Travel Inconvenience and Cancellation Insurance

Inconvenience is sometimes apart of travel, but you shouldn’t have to deal with it alone. When your luggage goes missing or flight delays interrupt your plans, your Invest Bank World Mastercard will compensate you for Loss of Baggage up to USD 3,000, Delay of Baggage up to USD 300, Trip Cancelation up to USD 7,500, Trip Curtailment up to USD 7,500, Trip Delays up to USD 300, and/or Missed Connections up to USD 300.

Travel Accident and Medical Insurance

For the greatest peace of mind, enhanced protection options are available to ensure that while you’re travelling, your health & safety needs are met promptly and efficiently. Schedule of Charges (SOC)

  • Annual Card Fee: Annual fee of AED 1,500 from first year onwards.
  • EPP Payment: 0% EPP.

Requirement and Eligibility

  • Have a minimum monthly salary of AED 25,000.

  • Treat your card as cash, never leave it unattended.
  • Sign your card on the signature panel as soon as you receive it.
  • Do not sign blank charge slips.
  • Never share your card details like OTP, expiry date, CVV or PIN with anyone.
  • Never put your card number or personal identification number (PIN) on the outside of an envelope or postcard.
  • Never put your PIN on the card or in your wallet or store them on your mobile.
  • Do not ignore any SMS alerts or calls from the bank regarding your transactions. Call our helpline immediately in case you notice any discrepancies.
  • Do not leave any card in your car’s glove compartment. An alarmingly high proportion of credit card thefts are from car glove compartments.
  • Ensure that you get your card back after every purchase.
  • Always check sales vouchers for the correct purchase amount before you sign them and keep copies of your vouchers.
  • Always check your billing statements and verify the amount of your purchases.
  • Make a comprehensive list of all your cards and their numbers and store it in a safe place.
  • Do not share any personal information when you use your card, other than the displayed personal ID as requested by the merchant.
  • Do not lend your card to anybody as you are responsible for its use. Some card disputes can be traced directly to customer’s family and friends.
  • Report lost/stolen/damaged cards immediately. The sooner you report the better the chances of stopping fraud.
  • Download our Mobile app to block and unblock cards at your will.
  • Check and report any unidentified transaction on your statement immediately.
  • Keep your card in sight when purchasing in-store and check that the correct card is returned to you.
  • Check that the package is intact when you receive a new card and report any lost or stolen cards immediately.
  • Always shred your card statements, receipts, and cut expired or damaged cards before discarding.
